Every burger at The Butcher is freshly prepared with love for good food. Quality and freshness are very important to us. Every patty - whether made from Swiss beef or as a plant-based variant - is freshly prepared every day. Our food is regional and from long-standing partners who know our values and share them with us. And our delicious fries are homemade!

Sustainability

Sustainability is not a buzzword for us. We are constantly working to actively improve in various areas, for example, our cooking oil from the deep fryers is processed into biodiesel and our take-away and delivery containers are made from recyclable raw materials.

Social commitment

We regularly donate to charitable projects with our Charity Burger. As a guest, you automatically donate CHF 0.50 when you order the Charity Burger and we double this contribution, because we are convinced that we can achieve the most together. It is a great pleasure that we have been able to work with so many unique organizations,  who put their heart and soul into wonderful projects.
